Tolantongo is definitely a hidden gem!!!! Our tour guide Elias made our experience a truly pleasant one. He pointed out different historical sites on our way there, he was puntual, friendly and a joy to have as a guide! We would LOVE to get him as our guide on our next trip! I’d give our experience 10 stars if I could!!

Summary:
Had an amazing day with Elias and Johana guiding our group! They truly are locals that have enjoyed Tolantongo over the years and were proud to share the experience with us visitors. They gave us so much history and information of the place and made sure we were adequately prepared to enter and enjoy the springs, tunnel, grotto and river. The ride was comfortable for the 4 of us and they were also amazing enough to make a few stops so we can enjoy the local drinks and snacks. Overall, could not recommend this tour with them enough and glad to leave with them as our new friends.

Summary:
We had the best time. Elias was an amazing host who took the time to show us some hidden gems around the massive park and also a very decently priced restaurant at the park too.
We not only went to the natural hot springs that probably drew you to booking this, but also some hidden caves and natural saunas. And more amazing pools where it was very quiet and serene.
Also don’t be put off by the fact that it’s rainy season - just means it is quieter as it tends to have rained in the evening!
I really recommend booking with him!
